BC Award Winners Chancellor's Awards Nomination Guidelines Customer Service Ideas

The purpose of Bainbridge College Customer Service Awards is to recognize and reward employees and departments/divisions for demonstrating consistently high levels of performance while accomplishing normal job responsibilities.

To nominate a BC employee (full-time or part-time) or a department/division, please take a moment to fill out the form on this page. Nominations are due by the last day of each month. As you write your nomination, please use specific examples of how your nominee's actions reflect all five of these customer service attributes: COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, ACCESSIBLE, RESPONSIVE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Individual winners will be announced each month, and department/division winners will be announced quarterly. Winners will be publicized, and individual winners will also receive a lapel pin that says, "Above and Beyond."  Winners are also eligible to be nominated for the Chancellor's Customer Service Awards.
