ATTENDANCE

Students should attend all classes unless prevented by reasons such as illness or emergency. When absence is necessary, advance communication with the instructor will alert the student to missed material.

MAKE-UPS

Upon the instructor's approval, a student may make-up a major test missed. The student is to make advance arrangements for such make-ups with the instructor and must complete the test outside of class within one week of the original test date. No make-ups will be permitted for bonus points.

INCOMPLETES

Bainbridge College's policy concerning incompletes is as follows: An "I" will be assigned only to students who fail to complete a course due to illness, injury, or other non-academic emergency. Only those students who were doing satisfactory work will be eligible for the "I" grade. An "I" must be satisfactorily removed during the following academic quarter or the symbol "I" will be changed to "F" by the Records Office. In unusual circumstances, an instructor may extend an incomplete beyond the one-quarter deadline--not to exceed a total of three consecutive calendar semesters. In order to remove an "I", students will not be permitted to re-register for the course.
