Safety Tip of the Day: When traveling on an airplane, ladies should not wear panty hose. In the event of an accident involving flames, the pantyhose will melt to the skin.
Always be aware of your 'normal' blood pressure. YOUR normal pressure may be different from the textbook definition of normal. Your pressure could be higher or lower and still appear normal to the health care professionals when you are actually in danger.
