I was born in Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and moved to the United States in 1992. My undergraduate (B.S. in Middle Grades Education) and graduate (M.Ed. in Business Education) degrees are from the University of West Georgia. Currently, I am a Doctoral Candidate (ABD) in Instructional Systems at the Florida State University and hope to finish my dissertation soon!
Teaching has always been my passion and I had a privilege of teaching at the middle school level prior to joining Bainbridge College faculty in 2002. I love traveling, reading, cooking, and playing with new technology. I have traveled to every continent except Antarctica -- too cold there but maybe one day! ;)
